Buyvr is a mobile app that encourages Vancouverites to contribute more to their city’s local development by helping them easily find only local businesses and events, benefiting both users and the region.

The goal is to promote the support of local businesses and the idea of “local” itself through the product, which brings great impact to the local economy, community and environment. The project encourages both consumers and businesses to contribute to the growth of Vancouver.

Project • Create a bumper or commercial for Emily Carr University or one of its programs.

Approach • Filmed over 2 days on campus, I decided to bring viewers through an exploration of a typical day at Emily Carr University; highlighting aspects of student life on campus, while offering a sneak peek at its vibrant community.

Music • Say Yes & Lemonade by Radical Something.

An expressive kinetic typography project based on the movie, "Footloose".

Starring Rockwell, I decided to take the audience into the set of a re-imagined "Footloose" dance scene through the use of both After Effects lighting and my own photographic images. 

The music is Footloose, sung by Blake Shelton.

This is a multimedia campaign created in order to help educate cyclists about road rules. While being informative at the core, the work aims to be open ended at the beginning and inpire curiosity from both cyclists and drivers.
