Introductory Maya (CSSO 105)

Autodesk Maya is an industry-standard 3D software used for live action and animation visual effects for films, television, and leading game studios worldwide. This course is designed for beginners with little or no prior experience of 3D software environments, or for designers looking to introduce new skills to their toolkit. You will explore all facets and modules within Maya, from navigating the interface to learning modeling, animation, rendering, rigging and FX modules. Through project-based learning, you will build on knowledge learned in each module to create a final project using all the essential tools.
