Introductory Communication Design (CECD 100)
This course introduces the fundamentals of communication design and skills for translating a message into a visual design. Topics also include the elements and principles of design, basic typography, brand identity and logos. Students will apply steps from research and problem definition through to concept development and completing the final design.

Instructional Hours: 24 (8 classes, 3 hours per class)
Additional Hours: up to 24 hours for independent study and practice, assignment completion and homework.
